About this mod
The purpose of this mod is to address a current issue where after you arrive to Act 3 the Oathbreaker Knight is missing from your camp. You can also use it as a cheat to never really worry about losing your oath status as a paladin.
- Permissions and credits
1. Removes Oath Broken status when the turn ends.
2. Allows you to select Oathbreaker as a subclass
This is a workaround for a bug in the game, our character was bricked after a unfortunate event and the Oathbreaker Knight never shows back up, likely a bug to be addressed in the future by LS.
Recommended installation guide:
Extract 'Public' folder to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Baldurs Gate 3\Data\
(or where ever your installation is)
1. Load your game and enter turn based mode.
2. End your turn.
3. Your oath broken status should be removed. Optionally throw away 1000 gold for the sake of the mechanic.
4. You can now respec normally by talking with withers. If you respec as a paladin, you can select Oathbreaker as a subclass if you desire.
NOTE: If you respec as Oathbreaker, you will not be able to respec easily (I have not found a fix other than some cheat engine instructions linked below)
5. Save the game.
6. Uninstall the mod by removing the "Public" folder if you want to keep playing without modded data. (If this isn't your only unpacked mod then make sure to just delete the files included in this zip).
