The boots won't turn into these mid-game, but these should appear in the tutorial chest. They do appear for me. Name's Tidy Slender Boots, the UUID is db0d90d3-9591-4d6d-946d-4fd5639a1d44 in case you want to spawn them. If they don't show up on Shadowheart in CC on a new game, you must have another mod rewriting her equipment. Try moving my mod lower in your load order.
Regarding the first one, having both mods won't break your game; they just rewrite the same entry. Whichever is lower in your load order is going to end up as her starting armor.
As for the rest, they edit completely different entries, there should be no conflict at all.
It's a replacer, her chainshirt will change mid-playthrough, unless you got rid of it of course. I'll make a patch to add it to the tutorial chest too.
Color scheme looks nice, but why broaden the skirt so much? seems a bit bulky now. Also that hairstyle is a crime, but so are bangs. to each their own, I guess :D

But is it compatible with these: Shadowheart Circlet Tweak at Baldur's Gate 3 Nexus - Mods and community (nexusmods.com) ; Shadowheart's Camp Circlet at Baldur's Gate 3 Nexus - Mods and community (nexusmods.com) ; and Asymmetrical Shadowheart Concept Outfit at Baldur's Gate 3 Nexus - Mods and community (nexusmods.com)
