I found her vanilla starting outfit wasn't sinister enough for my liking, so I tweaked it a little and accidentally ended up with an MMORPG character... Oh well. Enjoy.
It's a replacer, so her chainshirt will swap out in an existing game — no spells or wizardry required, but in order to get the boots you'll need to start a whole new game (or install the Tutorial Chest Addon).
It won't be compatible with any other mod that changes her equipment list and/or visuals.
It will be compatible with any mod that changes the stats of her base-game equipment (Canonical Shadowheart, Shadowheart Circlet Tweak, etc).
The outfit attracts dirt faster than a bard attracts trouble, so I snuck a bar of soap into her inventory to keep the grime off. I highly recommend the Auto Use Soap mod, unless you enjoy seeing her covered in mud, which… I mean, no judgment, but still.
Custom visuals are for female human-likes only, 'cause I'm lazy.
The weapons are not a part of this mod, those are from Shar's Chakrams. She starts with her good old trusty mace and shield.
