I love how the film version of Glamdring looks and since I could not find a mod that already incoporated it, I decided to use my programming skills to learn how to mod.
I tried to make it reminiscent of Gandalf's fight as shown in the film trilogy on top of the endless stairs in which he uses it to absorb and redirect lightning.
While also honouring its legacy from the stories in the silmarilion where it might have seen battles against the hordes of Morgoth.
Feel free to reach out if you encouter any issues with the mod and I would love to read your feedback. I am planning to make a Lotr/Hobbit weapon series in the future, including:
Aragorn's Sword - Anduril/Narsil
Arwen's Sword - Hadhafang
Thorin's Sword - Orcrist
Bilbo's/Frodo's Short Sword - Sting
Gandalf's Staff (Grey and White)
If I can find a good model for Thranduil's Scimitars that would also be on my list.
Do you have other Lotr-Themed Items you would want to see?
Location:
Tutorial chest - Can therefore be obtained using the Tutorial Chest Summoning

Edit: The 1d10 one-handed damage seen in the screenshots was fixed after the screen shots were made. No need to further comment on it!
