    The Daylight: Enchant Item only one target at a time is making Act 3 super difficult Why the change?

      Same reason Light cantrip has it. To be able to recast it on random item to remove it + balance since this is now a free spell.
      act 3?! o_O

    Sleet Storm causing "wet"-condition would be really nice.
    Makes sense logic-wise (drenching folks inside), and also great synergy for a frost-themed build.

      Can't wait for the rest of the spell revisions.  What you have done so far is fantastic!  Can't imagine how much work is involved with this undertaking.
