Change starting equipment of companions to be more useful and correct with character story. available both common and uncommon (enchantment +1) version

Only work on whole new playthrough. Not working on existing saves. You need to start with new character
What's change on each characters
- Shadowheart now wields spear, Dark justiciar shield (common variation, no special ability or passive), and short bow. She also has extra 2 Potion of Greater Healing
- Lae'zel finally gets her Gith great sword and heavy crossbow (I made new version with no enchantment at all). She has extra camp supplied since gith outside Astral Plane required a lot of food
- Gale has his staff as usual, metal shield, and light crossbow. He has feather fall scroll
- Astarion now wields 2 short swords and long bow instead of 1 tiny dagger and short bow. He has extra thieves' tool (now 2) and I add trap disarming toolkit
- Wyll gets extra shield and short bow. He also has soap and some alcohol. He's son of grand duke after all
- Karlach finally gets heavy crossbow. Our girl hits thing hard. her inventory has extra 2 bottles of water.
What's different on uncommon version
- every weapon has +1 enchantment
This mod will not be compatible with other mods that change starting equipment of companions (for now)
