Do you also have the Warrior mod installed? I haven't noticed this issue in WoWPally, but the Warrior mod messes with weapons once you get Titan's Grip.
Do you have the latest version of Warrior installed? But it is a visual issue with warrior, that mod makes two handed weapons versatile for a while and in older versions I modified the weapon animations but after 1.1.5 animation changes are no longer needed.
I have the same problem and I don't have a warrior class. But I didn't think that this particular mod spoils the axes.Yes wow pally breaks axes and Maces. Only two-handed ones.

Thanks for the confirmation zefirot! I copied the base files from Warrior to start Pally and I think some of those equipment files got copied over. I deleted them and Two Handed axes and mauls are ok!
