   Thank you so much for the mod! I've really been wanting a way to obtain this staff without killing Lucretious. Do you think there would be a way to make a version where you can pickpocket this off of her? I still want to have to "work" for the staff, but I'm new to modding and not really sure how to go about adding items to NPC inventories.

   Not to spoil your mod or anything, but this Staff is obtainable, you have to kill Mama Lucretious to loot it.

      I mean, not everyone WANTS to kill her...heck, I didn't even know she dropped it since she's an NPC I've never felt even the slightest of desires to murder.
