Gives all druids Speak with Animals as a toggleable passive ability

This mod makes it so that a druid don't have to cast Speak with Animals at all, instead it is a passive ability that can be toggled on and off at will, same as with Non-Lethal attacks.
There are two versions of this mod, one standalone, and one that is compatible with Animal Whisperer.
Please Note. Animal speak is turned off by default, so it might look like nothing is happening.
Also you might have to change your class for it to take effect.
