      possible probably. but i wouldn't know where to begin, so i most likely am not gonna add it, sorry. if you or anyone else wants to give that a go as a patch or something, feel free to do so

   I'm so happy you made this little mod. I've been wanting to make a Pied Piper character for a while and have had little success finding mods. This will work out perfectly for them.

   Any chance of a tut chest version? Or adding it directly to Astarion's starting inventory?

      Spawn the item in via, e.g., Aahz07's Easy Cheat MCM tool?
      That way you get both the head canon drops -and- the ability to equip Astarion with early Pied Piper gear...
