    this is really great. thank you. i wanted to ask if there is any way to make him a companion? i have mods to increase party limit and create your own companions. he seems like he would be a great companion..

    Can you please make a version that has no additional passives or spells. Just a normal Human template? All the extra stuff is OP

    With cloudkill as a 5d8 action from the start he is too powerful. I have edited the mod to lower the power of Cloudkill to 3d8. Players should become more powerful as they progress. This was is a bit game breaking, so I felt the need to tone it down a little.

    Animate Dead: Flying Ghoul
    Flying ghouls should destroy/consume the corpse when spawned and only humanoid corpses should be valid as a source. Also, they are using default some human voicestables and should not.

    Animate Dead: Skeletons/Zombies creates decaying zombies that do not stay until next long rest.
    They decay and die after a few turns. Fix this with the Animate Dead ++ mode blow. This is provided by the ring of bones headgear.

    Flesh Golem:
    It's nice to have it, but should be given at a higher level. Also, it should require several corpses to summon. Currently it consumes no corpses. For example, make it a targeted AoE action that requires 2 or 3 corpses in the area to summon the Golem (if you can).

    The dialogue with the magic mirror in the cellar at the blighted village (Act 1) cannot be completed as Balthazar.
    Edit: this is caused because Balthazar does not have any background. Instead, please use the mod below to turn him into a Dark Urge. The dialogue can be completed after that. You can also bypass this issue by talking to the mirror with any of the companions.

    Make him a Dark Urge:
    Balthazar is incredibly better as a Dark Urge. So I strongly advise turning him into a dark urge with the Ring of Rancid Blood mod. His voice is more accurately villainous and evil (as it should be): https://www.nexusmods.com/baldursgate3/mods/2354?tab=posts&BH=0

    Better reanimation:
    I also recommend the "Animate Dead ++" mod for lots of undead reanimation improvements and fixes. It's not game breaking if you know how to use ir correctly, you can toggle corpse consumption on reanimation and even automate your minions so you don't have to micromanage too much if you don't want:

    Main Weapon:
    Lastly, and this is a personal preference of mine, always equip a dagger. If you equip any other type of weapon you'll lose the cool standing idle animation that is kind of his signature pose. You can find nice necromantic daggers during the game, such as the ritual dagger at the deflied temple (Act 1, in the room where the Loviatar priest is), for example.

    Portrait occasional issue:
    You may equip anything you like, but I do recommend to remove the body armor when you're going to level up or sometimes your character portrait will be messed up.

    Would it be possible to give him the ability to either summon or create the "Reconstituted" skeletons? The ones with armor. The vanilla skeleton summons just look so dinky and fragile without armor. Having the ability to summon armored skeletons, both ranged and melee would be perfect

    Thank you for working on this, he's a super fun character to play as! Really makes necromancers strong and even makes playing a poison focused build viable.

    Not sure if you're still working on it or if you want bug reports but I noticed that you can't go through the mirror under the alchemy shop in the Blighted Village. So no Necromancy of Thay, Bracers of Defense or Shovel.

    When you equip items, your appearance doesn't change out in the world but it does change on the character creation screen when you level up.

    2. Oh sweet u fixed the twin version and the unique origin character version. So is the fixed origin version fully playable or does it still have game breaking bugs such as not progressing the goblin questline?

      Should not have anymore bugs since I used a Tav anubisconfigname and faction but let me know if you still find some
    4. With the origin Minthara being used instead of the twin one does that mean you're the Minthara of the playthrough and there is no npc minthara?

      I explained it for Halsin a bit earlier, 
      When I turn a side character into main character their quest progressions break because the quest triggers and dialogues require a main character to interact with i.e if you are the main character and Minthara you cannot interact with yourself to start your story progression.
      Hopefully when we get the official modding tool in September we can edit the quest and dialogue triggers in a easier and more intuitive way but until then not much I can do to fix those

      I have been trying a lot to make him an Origin character but this devil has a lot of tricks up his sleeves.
      Anyway I try to recreate him, he creates weird bugs i.e. Raphael in devil form starts showing up in random places. First time I met him above the gate in the Grove, he was peaceful and was not able to interact with him, 2nd time I met in the same place near bridge as usual and cinematic started and all went normal. When I tried to pass again through that same area the trickster was still there and he became hostile and wiped the floor with my team. Did not have time to test any further but I am quite certain that even if you disengage and escape him or avoid that place, there will be game-breaking bugs when you try to take the Orphic hammer if I don't fix these random apparitions first.
      Might have to wait until we get the "official Larian modders tool" in September and hope that will make it easier for me to create his lil devil arse.
