Feels like Bound to the Reaver should slowly act as a DOT on the bearer, wearing them down 1hp per turn or something to compensate for the large amount hp gain when defeating enemies.
I like that. The Reaver does also feed on its user in the first game, so it fits thematically. I’ll see if I can figure out how to do that. Shouldn’t be that hard.
Exactly. It was the thing I was looking for when I saw the mod. It actually kinda fits the Rage-enabled plays better, in that regard. I think it will make for a fun experience - you kinda have to go all-in on each fight.
I think if it was to do that, it should also heal whenever blood is spilled not just on kill. Less than an actual kill but a small amount to counter act the drain.
If at all possible, have it be a case that the more that the reaver kills, the stronger it gets before it may turn it's hunger on the bearer. As to the mechanic you're refering to that only occured durin SR2, the orvercharging thing in Defiance behaved differently.

Wonderful mod, however I believe the life gain and THP on kill is broken. Looks amazing though and still happy to use it.
