Potions now require an action to consume
Throwing healing potions now triggers an attack roll and ruins a perfectly good potion for added realism and difficulty
Resting and healing spells feel so much more valuable
New Healer Feat
When you use the help action to stabilize a dying creature, that creature also regains 1 hit point.
As an action. you can spend one use of your Healer's Kit to tend to a creature and restore 1d6 + 8 hit points to it
Your Healer's Kit has charges equal to your proficiency bonus that replenish after a long rest
