Removing concentration from it is quite easy, unpack the .pak, go to Public\LunarSmite\Stats\Generated\Data there you will find a doc file which you can edit and remove the sole instance that has the "spellflag" as "isConcentration" just delete it, save, repack and you are done.

Of the mods listed, I use only the Justiciar mod... 'tho I have lots of other rogue & warlock subclasses (and others) than the ones listed, if it matters.
Is this spell supposed to add stacks of lightning charges? I noticed after I added this mod casting it would cause lightning charges to start stacking, but didn't affect any other spells.
