Baldur's Gate 3

Installation

It is recommended to use Baldur's Gate 3 Mod Manager to install this mod.

Installing ImprovedUI and ImprovedUI Assets

  • Import "ImprovedUI" using Baldur's Gate 3 Mod Manager and make sure it is in the Load Order (if it is in the "Overrides" section,
right-click on it and select "Allow in Load Order"
  • Import "ImprovedUI Assets"; this one will stay in the "Overrides" section -- this is ok
  • Import this mod, "WarlockUndead", and make sure it is below "ImprovedUI" in the Load Order

Installating the optional file WarlockUndead5eSpells
The optional file Warlock5eSpells has been made obsolete in version 2.0.0 of the main mod.
Support for spells and abilities from other mods have been added directly in the main file, and everything will work regardless if you have other the other mods installed or not.

If you had the file WarlockUndead5eSpells previously installed, you can safely remove it after upgrading to v2.0.0

Installing Script Extender - Automatic (using BG3ModManager)
This is by far the easiest option:
  • In BG3ModManager, select the Tools menu in the top bar
  • In the flyout menu that appears, select "Download & Extract the Script Extender..."
  • In the confirmation popup, select Yes to accept

Installing Script Extender - Manual
Follow the steps found in the official documentation: https://github.com/Norbyte/bg3se/releases

Uninstalling

To uninstall this mod, you first must make sure that none of your characters (including companions) are still using the subclass (not even multiclass). You can alway talk to Withers and respec characters to a different class/subclass if needed.

Once 100% certain that no characters are still using the subclass, note the mod's version just in case.

Then you can proceed to safely remove the mod (and optional file) from the Mod Manager and reload your save.
