Idol of Restoration
Buy the Idol from Withers and keep in your inventory. Toggle on for effect to work. Most vanilla will be restored after combat ends and are unlimited out of combat.

Shield of Absorb Kinetic Energy
Allows use of a reaction like absorb elements but it works on physical damage types. Usable once per long rest.

Arcane Psychic Blade
Equip dagger. This unlocks a spell to attune to the dagger. This spell adds the new version of the dagger into your inventory and removes the old version. It is then locked to your inventory (but permanent). It does psychic dmg (+1d4 bonus dmg), plus you can use spell slots to cost mind rend that does prof bonus of psychic dmg and a chance to stun the enemy for 2 turns (Con save vd SpellDC, the SpellDC i increased if you upcast with a level 3, and again a level 5 spell slot).
