  Added installation of Russian language (by Kirian & Arcanecoast Team) in tp2-file
  Added iconv decoder for correct installation of encodings of non-English languages on classic and EE-versions.
  Moved to setup.tra lines from script file sk#mor2.baf, which were not previously tra-fied
- EE portraits fixed thanks to Frenzgyn

- Fixed extra folder issue, fixed for compatibility for BG2. Will now install properly in both.

- Neht will now romance Males of good alignment and non thieves.
