I would advise you to lighten the background behind the character doll of the Inventory Screen and try to create a shadow behind it for better depth. Compare with inventory screens in Lefreut's enhanced UI (BGEE, SoD, BG2EE and EET):

In the optional files section you can find the inventory screen with lightened background behind the character doll. Unzip it in your override folder after you've installed the main mod. I've also uploaded a screenshot with old/new for comparison.
It's an interesting UI overhaul. But will it be compatible with Neverwinter Nights for Baldur's Gate? I don't see it on the main game screen among other add-ons.
From the description of that mod I gather it will be compatible with this mod if you install it with the second component:
2. Map component, for EET for BG2EE you can select between using map icons with BP-BGT-Worldmap or using a dedicated map for NWN content. For BGT and oBG2 icons for BG-BGT-Worldmap are used.
If you install it as a dedicated campaign ( component 3) it is not compatible with this UI overhaul.
