I love NolSol's Realistic NPC Portraits for BGEE, but there aren't a whole lot of custom portraits out there that offer comparable visual quality (aside from NolSol's Realistic Custom Portraits for BGEE of course). So, I set about trying to make some myself. What started as an experiment using Bing Image Creator to make a few custom portraits quickly turned into a fevered obsession to create more and more. Most AI creations are cursed in some way, like bow strings going through their face or weird eyes, but with enough tries you get something good.
Installation: Extract the images from zip file into C:\Users\<username>\Documents\Baldur's Gate - Enhanced Edition\Portraits.
Uninstallation: Delete/remove images from the same folder as above
Reminder: Baldur's Gate Enhanced Editions (1 & 2) have a naming convention for portraits where file names cannot be longer than 8 characters, so if you are renaming image files please keep this in mind.
Also, I've experienced a weird behavior in-game where portraits will be blank if different custom portrait packs are installed together. Best I can determine is it's caused by file names starting with an upper case letter conflicting with file names starting with a lower case letter.
