How to Install Portraits
Go to your portraits folder (or create one) under documents and inside the BG1 or 2 Directory and paste the .bmp files there. Names of files cannot be longer than 8 characters or they wont be able to be read.
How to make your own Portraits
you can use Alpaca or any other free photo editing software to edit the file format of your image and crop them to the necessary size. 210x330 is the size that I crop all of the portraits.
