Some portraits have been updated. Here're the old versions just in case.

I take requests when I have the time and energy, but I typically can't modify images that aren't part of the game's assets. Also, since similar requests or questions might come up later, I’d appreciate it if you could post them in the comments instead of sending me a DM. Hope you enjoy!

I change Neera's hair color, since in the game she has pink hair (just like in the original portrait), but in this pack they changed it to blonde.

I also covered Alora's ear because halflings are supposed to have round ears, and in the image, she has a pointy one. I also did something similar with Montaron for the same reasons. And I fixed Aerie's ear because it was out of proportion.

Finally, I fixed Jaheira, Jansen, and Yeslick's eyes, since they were crooked.

It would be nice if you could upload them in BMP format with the 3 sizes already done (Small, Medium, and Large.)

Really appreciate the changes (damn, once you see the eyes, you can't unsee them!), but I must point out that in D&D halflings seems to have "slightly pointed ears" and the original portraits of Alora and Montaron show that. I suppose it's a matter of taste, personally I like your changes: Montaron's is quite a subtle change, and Alora's ear is concealed, so far so good.

Convert them from png to bpm with whatever photo editing app or online tool, and make three copies of the same file ending in L M S.
They all being the same size is fine.

Hi, would you be able to do the same for Icewind Dale and Icewind Dale 2 portraits? I found your work and think it is amazing. Thanks for all.

Hi! Do you plan to retouch the DLC portraits too? Your work is very good.
Here's a zip file with the missing portraits, if you need it.

    This is ridiculously good.
Springs actual life into the games.
You should bring it over to the gibberlings3 and the beamdog forums, I'm sure everyone will love these.

Great work, I've been using your potraits in my game!

    Endorsed.

Is there any chance that you can "alter" this portrait?

I think calling it just "realistic" is not doing justice to your work, you're also making all these portraits much more consistent overall. Great work.

It's probably a stretch, but would you consider adding "Portraits Portraits Everywhere" as well?

I especially like the change of the human male in plate armour. It went from an angry guy in his mid thirties with a snob like haircut to a young adult with a determined look an his eyes. It was always my potrait to go because it represented my warrior in the best way possible, but now it is even better and is very fitting for the young battle hardened Bhaalsporn with an unclear path before him.
So I appreciate this mod, thank you. :)
