Don't know why, but it doesn't seem to add portraits in Siege of Dragonspear. I have Baldur's Gate Enhanced Edition and main game and Black Pits work just fine. Any ideas?
so I extracted and moved the entire folder into my main baldur's gate directory in Steamapps/common/baldur'sgate enhanced edition But when I run the .exe it's just says failure, "not a game directory"
I'm pretty knew to modding and might just be overlooking something lol
Rather than moving the entire folder into main BG directory, move files inside that folder into main BG directory. The folder "Portraits-Portraits-Everywhere-master" is not needed by the game, it was automatically created by github when I downloaded it as a zip.
So as someone who is really bad with installing, could you give me a run through of how I could add these portraits properly?
I liked the idea of them also giving new portraits to some of the NPC's, but I'm not good with installing mods. I have to find a map called "Steamapps", and there in a folder within Baldur'sgate enhanced edition I have to post the individual subfolders? Or do I have that wrong?
Download the .ZIP folder Unzip the folder. Make sure it does not unzip into another folder (I sometimes have to open the unzipped folder, then open another folder) Copy the contents of the folder into the same folder as the game's launcher (If on steam, right click on the game and select "Manage" > "Browse Local Files") Launch the "Setup-PPE" file.
I replaced both of the sarevok portraits in the portraits folders, but the armored figure (Sarevok, when he kills gorion) after the prolog still has the wrong picture.
I replaced them in ...\PPE\Portraits after I installed your mod, that was my mistake. Putting the picture in the override directory solved my the problem, thank you very much for taking your time and for the work you put into this mod.
I'm guessing this doesn't affect Black Pit NPCs, since I don't see any portraits for them. At least not for Baeloth, Najim, the vendors and the Beholder.
Hi, if I don't want some of the portraits in either the portraits or random portraits folders can I just delete or replace them and rename accordingly? For example if I don't like bartender8 can I delete it and rename bartender9 to bartender 8 and so forth? Also is it okay to delete a category folder I don't want like 'kids' for example?
I want to change the companions portraits and add some portraits for charname from different portrait packs as well, which I'm assuming wouldn't interfere with this mod but just in case, should I install PPE first or add the other portraits first? Thanks!

This is the only instance I've encountered thus far. Anyone have any tips on how to fix it?
Thanks
