    my salute. i thought the game was good but it had bad graphics, so blurry, so it was just the fogs. The cloud problem is very minor, just removing it is enough.

    Without fog, the clouds and the view of the sea are just terrible((((

      Everything else looks soo good, but when I look out to sea, or straight up, it looks so bad. I wonder if there's an ini tweak to remove clouds entirely. Might help a lot and I don't think I'd miss the clouds in general.

      Add this to engine.ini to disable clouds:

      [/Script/Engine.RendererSettings]
      r.VolumetricCloud=0

      After you exit the game, the game remains active in the taskbar. Close it from there, then restart the game, and it should
      be ok.

    Massive, massive difference in visuals. Everything >6 feet away was washed out before but this fixed it. Thank you!

    WAAAAAAAAAAAY BETTER! i was looking for something like this! Dont forget to turn your Post Processing in the GRaphics Settings to LOW. this will remove the Depth of Field effect. Idk about Bloom though...I wish you coud just turn ALL off the P.P OFF.

    disabling the fog completely does not good better, imo far worse in the long run
    makes it look bland and you get problems with sky clouds

    do you know how to finetune fog (more fog / less fog) via engine.ini (or whatever file) ?

    Perfect. Incredible. Loading in for the first time literally put my jaw on the floor. Why does this game have SO MUCH FOG??

    Can you add "r.fog=0" by itself without overwriting the entire INI file?

    Omg, THANK YOU!!

    Disabling distant fog tends to be one of the first things I try to do in games because it's usually overdone and washes the image out. It doesn't always fix things (BG3 looks pretty terrible with it disabled, for instance), but I was curious to see what this game looks like without it and with your setting I was finally able to do just that.

    And it looks amazing! Even the sky and clouds look a million times better! A few color tweaks made through reshade to my taste, this mod's setting, and the forced DLAA method provided by nazure makes the game look crisp and clear.

      I have done the method you mentioned, and I can vouch. DLAA and the fog clear makes the game look so much better and crisp.
