NOTES Concerning Day 1 patch of the game. both versions work properly, but since devs made changes to merchants in day 1 patch, you might need to wait for one natural restock cycle. stay for a few nights in a camp, come back to merchants and their stocks will refresh up to mod's version.
Thanks for another super handy mod, @Caites! I've tried both versions (using a save at the Docks) - launching via Steam and fully updated (1.2.3) - and they both worked perfectly. For the 'Instant' version, just leave the stores inventory window and talk to the merchant again. For the 'Faster (1 day)' version, I just ran to camp for a quick setup/exit to trigger the day passing and ran straight back to restocked stores.
To test, I purchased literally everything from all three vendors and was pleasantly surprised when each store was almost fully restocked. I was kinda expecting to only find the usable items (potions, lockpicks, grenades, food) to be back so soon but found all of the common armor/clothes/weapons were included as well! (Unsurprisingly any unique and upgraded items did not restock.)
Either version of this mod pairs well with @Caites mods for Better Prices options as well as More Lockpicks. Keep in mind, both versions of this mod share the same file names. ( 000_FasterRestock_P ) Double check that you truly have the one you want installed if the mod appears to "not be working".
I can't check it out myself on gamepass, but considering most mods confirmed to work on gamepass on 1.3, its most likely on your side. either you haven't installed it properly, or haven't wait for one natural restock.
Unpack the zip file into the Avowed 'Root' folder - then confirm that it put the three000_FasterRestock_P mod files (.pak/ucas/utoc) into the ~mods subfolder.
If this is your FIRST mod install and the ~mods folder doesn't exist - create it.

Could you do a mod that also respawns all the different adra materials when merchants restock? I think the current amount of adra in the game is too limiting.
I don't think this does exactly what you are requesting but if it helps @Caites has released a 'More Adra' version of the mod - More Ingredients "I've also added file increasing Adra gain from 1 to 2-4, but it isn't tested thoroughly. Use on your own risk." - (From the mods description page) -
The comments on that mod increase adra drops mod mention it only works on the first bear boss. So I had to use old friend, cheat engine and used one of the tables from fearless with items don't decrease option to craft enough upgrade materials. It worked fine, should have thought of it sooner, would have saved a lot of time.
I waited several nights, natural cycle is 3 nights, and the shops just don't refresh at all for me. I have instant refresh chosen and i have some of your other mods as well. That shouldn't be a conflict, right?
just to be sure, checked instant version one more time, with current steam game version (1.2.3) on existing save. no issues at all, 3 sec of waiting after leaving trade UI and stock refreshed. checked on dock market merchants in DS region.
no clue if there are issues with gp, battle.net etc versions.
I am on steam and i'm trying to refresh in the major city in Emerald Stair, Fior and it just doesn't restock there. Waited 6 times in camp and not even a restock. I'll try to remove the mod, try to refresh and install again.
make sure you don't have other version (1day) installed as well. try to tp to a distant camp and wait for 3-4 days. it worked for we with DS when I installed mod first time, now its always instant restock. I, unfortunately, don't have save in ES region, but I checked values in the table and its the same logic as with DS, so it should work.
Tested with Sanza's emp in DS, got it to restock normally, 4 days. Got mod again. Waited 4 days. Works. So dawnshore/paradis it does work. Back to ES, Fior. Ah, it seems to be working now. All is good. I thought the merchant would change the weapons too but they stay consistently the same, somehow. Oh well, it's fine. Stock refreshes.
The instant refresh is not working. I have it installed along with couple of your other mods (which are working). Havent tested the longer refresh one.
EDIT: negative, both versions work properly, but since they made changes to merchants in day 1 patch, you might need to wait for one natural restock cycle. stay for a few nights in a camp, come back to merchants and their stocks will refresh up to mod's version.

I was wondering if Adra was supposed to restock or not ?
