I had the same issue using the 1.5x file. I took in the file and the two lines for the Electro damage that are edited in is mod for damage actual lower the value from the default of 21 to 19 instead of raising it by 1.5x to 30. I think dropping the damage value below the default value is what makes the weapon not work. The two entries start on line number 3386 (or search for "DA_Item_Electro" and scroll down a few lines) of the WeaponsAttributes.json file. If you change them to the following the Electro starts to work again at 1.5x damage as intended.

I did not test it, but the 2-4x does not appear to have this problem with the Electro.
i love the way the guns work you did a fantastic job i just wish they didnt die so fast lol i enjoy the time to kill being a bit longer if there is a way to go into the mod u made and change it to keep default time to kill but still use ur changes you made to the guns i would greatly appreciate it

and to close the loop you could if of course you want to propose a version with damages at 1.2x and another version which does not modify the damage but just the weapon stats! I've seen people looking for this!! after that it may not be relevant?? but at least you will have a complete offer for all tastes lol
The problem is i dont know how diffculty affects on damage numbers. For example i playing with mod1.5x on middle difficulty, if i change difficulty on hardest, Damage numbers maybe will close to your 1.2x. And second problem is a choise. Lesser choises is always better becouse u can faster pick. Game will be updated and mod MAYBE will be not actual. New DLC - New guns. Maybe they already update HP values of enemies, i dont know. U need just feel u ok with mod or not, dont calculate numbers, its not worth it, just play the game. Mod itself just for decrease TTK(time to kill) from 10secs to half of this or maybe more. It's approximate. Thank god they didnt add autoleveling hahah
