Cuts out a huge amount of dialogue unrelated to plot as well as disabling combat barks from P-3.

This mod cuts out the majority of Dialogue by P-3 and CHAR-les that can occur by itself while playing, mostly this effects the vavilov complex and the VDNH, as this is where the game is most chatty.
All combat barks by P-3 are removed as well, so no more gear head lines.
Plot relevant dialogue as well as dialogue that requires prompting from the player has remained.
This is NOT a silent protagonist mod, P-3 will still talk where it is worthwhile.
