Cruiser with 8 active points and moderate defenses. Moderately quick. All the stats for the ship can be modded in the ship editor along with appearance. Plus free donut!

Cruiser class with 8 active points and 8 passives. Moderate all around defenses, and 4 drones. I think it's a bit quicker than the average cruiser. Large Cargo to save time, and long scan range to see everything. I gots space binoculars man. Space sonar. 100 space money.
Install:
To add the ship to the ship editor or add it to the regular cycle of ships in the shipyard at stations take the .txt file and .png file (so you can see a profile pic of your ship in the editor or shipyard) and add them to MOD/ships
something like:
SteamLibrary/steamapps/common/Astrox Imperium/Astrox Imperium_data/MOD/ships
The ship is now available in the shipyard random buying cycle.
If you want the ship to be readily available for purchase immediately at a station simply go to something like:
SteamLibrary/steamapps/common/Astrox Imperium_data/Mod/saves/username/stations.
Then under stations select sector_0_station_0.txt. This will add the ship for instant purchase at the Biomate University in Void Starcross sector.
In the sector_0_station_0.txt file add this to the .txt under <HANGER> Make a new line.
SHIP;1;1.0;ship_data_(star_cruiser).txt
This will add the ship to BIo mate University Ship yard in Void Starcross
That was my first station so maybe sector_0_station_0 is not where you start out and may not be at Void Starcross. I don't know if everyone has the same starting position. Either way should be worth the hike. :)
If you want it at another station the files will tell you the name of the space station and where it is.
If there is something you want to change, simply select "mod tools" at the title screen. Select "ship editor". look for "star_cruiser" under ships to load. Here any stats or apperance can be altered. "Stats" is where you adjust the Shield, Armor, turn speed, etc stats of the ship to your personal preference, just save, and the new ships for sale will be updated. Hey if you want unlimited turrets, why not?
