I am having an issue where it does not seem all shaders are being loaded correctly, only 13 are active while the .INI preset shows a lot more. Also the image seems to have a "noise" if the preset is enabled, it's more noticeable when moving but it can be watched closely specially on the blue walls and npc clothing on screenshot bellow. Is RTGI from Pascal Gilcher required? The preset shows settings in it, but I don't see it mentioned.
I'm having some odd issues with DH_UBER_RT.fx in particular. It adds some really heavy screen noise and a bleeding affect when looking at the sky. When I turn it off it goes away.
Having an issue with fog/black outlines on distant objects/buildings. The further away the buildings are the deeper and more obvious the outlines become. Not sure if the fog is related to the issue. Does anyone know which settings I need to change in order to resolve the issue?
maybe your global preprocessor definition settings are not correct. set RESHADE_DEPTH_LINEARIZATION_FAR_PLANE = 1000 and check depth buffer with displaydepth.fx

Found solution. Find and activate in effect list next effects DH_UBER_MASK 0.3.1 AFTER and DH_UBER_MASK 0.3.1 BEFORE, then place them AFTER and BEFORE DH_UBER_RT
