Adds the Eiffel Tower in the main game, Palais De Chaillot LOD (From WW2 Sequence) in the main game, More houses on the out of bounds area and removed out of bound barrier.

Background: I'm working on a La Belle Epoque/Modern Paris mod that transforms old Paris into a modern one with automobiles and Haussman buildings. However, it is taking a long time so I decided to release this as a standalone.
What this mod does:
Adds the Eiffel Tower and Palais De Chaillot LOD (From the WW2 Sequence) in the main game (you can swim to Palais De Chaillot and view the Eiffel Tower from there however, the models there are low quality).It also removes the Out of bounds barrier from the Paris map. Also, the Eiffel Tower is in Champ De Mars as it is in real life. The Eiffel Tower model is from La Belle Epoque Rift section. This mod also adds more houses on the out of bounds area.
For Modders: This file isn't locked, but please give credit to me. You can use it as your base for other mods.
Known Bugs:
1. Might crash when changing the time of day or fast travel (I am currently working to fix this).
2. Crash on launch: Start your game again and it will not crash. This is probably linked to Bug 1.
3. Some parts of the Eiffel Tower are floating.
4. Stuck when climbing the Eiffel Tower.
5. Palais De Chaillot misaligned with the Eiffel Tower
