so i have bought the schiavona with helix points so i dont have to grind the game everytime i delete my saves and restart and i have it automatically unlocked from the start is this going to mess with that? will it still show i bought it when i download this and restart the game?

I found out how to do this after reading Halzoid98's comment on his mod 'Sword of Altair' so credit to him
"a somewhat how-to:
if you get a program called hXd (it’s a dedicated hex editing program) and open the .mesh file of the sword you want the appearance of in hXd, copy everything after the 8th byte. Then open the .mesh of the sword you want to replace, select everything after the 8th byte and paste over it with what’s in your clipboard (it will probably warn you that you’re changing the file size, that’s fine) then save and provided you repack everything, the next time you launch the game it’ll be replaced."
if i do this when i already have the sword unlocked and equipped is it gonna make me buy it again or anything? and how will this work for online coop? will my friends just not be able to see it? and if i was ever wanting to uninstall this mod how would i do that? sorry im kinda new to modding
Thanks, I always liked the Dull Calvary for its simplicity over the exagerated sword design on higher levels, but using the actual Dull Calvary made fighting impossible at tougher districts.
