The opening cutscene is the only one where it doesn't work. I'm also playing through the game right now with Jacob as Starrick. And the only pre-rendered cutscene is the one at the beginning where you can't change clothes yet. Once that's possible with Jacob and Evie, the game will only use in-game sequences, so the models will work from then on. ;)
I hope that one day you'll find a way to fix Lydia's model in all quests for free switching and update this mod. I really love Lydia appearance for Evie. She's more Jacob's twin than Ev, lmao.
Btw, probably you will also consider models a switching Henry to Jacob? I'm truly upset that Henry has more quests with Evie than her brother.
I saw a video featuring Lydia replacing Evie, but Lydia's robes were dark gray/black. Can you possibly add color variations or direct me to where to find this?

I replaced the DataPC_14_dlc.forge file in the dlc_14 folder, but still Evie has her old model?

Nvm, replaced the file once more, rebooted and now it's working.
