   so i got the Ac file from here and replaced it with mine from the documents now mapping is correct however in game and menu still shows the Xbox buttons is there a way to change that or not i been able to change them for all ac games up until Assassin's Creed Syndicate

      Yes, this happened to me as well. Go into the control settings and force it to "Playstation 4".

   Is there way to play the game with bluetooth Dualshock/Dualsense connection but still get the correct prompts?

      yes, you go to control option and choose dualshock 4, the default is "automatic"
