   is there a chance that maybe you can make the gang members clothes' not be yellow? maybe dirty white-ish? just to make them be like assassins in a way.

   You need Resorep to use the mod.

   Ok. So how does this get installed? There are no instructions so I don't know if I need special software like OpenIV is to GTA V, or if I just drag and drop like Fallout. I NEED HELP PLEASE!
