Just copy paste the 4 files, mine are crCODEX, itz crCODEX so be cautious, here iz the location for those used crCODEX as mine
%SystemDrive%\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\uplay\CODEX\Saves\AssassinsCreedRogue
On other sides if u not using the crCODEX:
Steam: C:\Games\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames\(Usuer ID)\934
Linux: Steam-Folder/steamapps/compatdata/311560/pfx
*but for the bezt, used the crCODEX*
