If you're using old version of the game or cracked you'll have to change the index of the data files before repacking the forge! Or you can simply delete the original data files for those outfits and paste the modified.
The forge is based on latest update, so probably it won't work for older game versions or cracked versions. If you use one of those use the data version and stick to the instuctions bellow!
