After testing,this mod has failed,which means it don't work at all.Like may other mods run by FORGER,it may caused by the incompatibility of new version.I would be grateful if someone could find another way to run this mod.

UPDATE 5/5/21 I got it to work finally. What i did was place the dirtyfeet.forger2 file in the ForgerPatchs Folder(in the Root Directory) as well as the Dirtyfeet Folder that's in the zip. Don't take the dds files out of the folder, that's what was causing the part of the path error. Hope this helps someone else who is as dumb as me.

Very good work, many thanks. Only way to improve it could be to add different degrees of dirt and wash when the character walk in the water. But I guess it would be a lot of work, if it's even doable.
