the mods works but it is messing some customization options with the new update (1.0.7) the Alamut outfits gets disappeared from the menu, is it possible to add more decreased weight to the clothes if possible lower than 0.25
no I didn't meant too much low but for example 0.10-0.15 thats all i meant it is up to you no pressure 😿😿😿 however this mod helps a lot to customize cloth physics ..is there any way I can do it myself if possible?
Thank you for this amazing mod. It adds the immersion a lot, since the Ubisoft doesn't care about higher frame rates in their games.
But I have two questions regarding the mod to use it correctly.
1) Does this mod effect NPC's cloths too, or it just adds weight to specificily our outfits?
2) I'm planning to play the game with a solid locked 60 fps. So since the 60 fps is exactly twice as much as 30 fps, should i use the 2x to get the exact same 30 fps clothing physics experience on 60 fps?
Thank you very much for your response. But I didn't understand what you mean with "it isn't locked to FPS."
Correct me if I'm wrong but as I understand, the game's cloth physics only works properly when playing on 30 FPS. So with that logic, should I need to use 2x or 2.5x when playing on locked 60 FPS to get accurate cloth weight?
I mean that is simply doesn't depend on FPS, the game's cloth physics is the same regardless of FPS, at least that is what it seemed to me when I tested it on my new PC. The base physics is just bad by design, not FPS.
So sorry for misunderstanding from my side but I mean the cloth weight when I said the cloth physics. As I understand the cloth weight still dependent on the FPS since that's the whole point of your mod, right? If it is dependent on the FPS, which weight do you recommend for 60 FPS? So sorry if this questions sound a bit dumb to you btw.
Brudda I already said that the cloth isn't FPS dependant, it just is made way too light by the devs. You just have to test different values and choose what looks the best for you.
I thought the cloths getting more floaty with the frame rate increase from 30 FPS to the higher and the game has some kind of broken cloth physics when played on higher frame rates like AC Unity. And I saw both your comments on Nexus and on your YouTube channel which you basically say "The physics seem to be framerate dependant and 2.5x is the best for 60 FPS." That's why I was sure it was FPS dependent. But got it now, thank you for your answers.
Its indeed a FPS Problem, the higher the fps (without your mod) the uglier looks the Cloth physics and in my case it broke other cloth physics too (NPC) ect. I play with 120+FPS and it gets stucked into the char. And also makes wierd stings on NPC's, at least what i have seen in my playtrough.
If you lock the FPS to 60 it works as it should! Here are a view pics i posted on the Ubi Discord channel as example:
you should make a mod that specifically targets altairs outfit and makes it more like the first game where the back bottom part of his robes dont get folded under his knees and always stay behind his legs

Because on a clean install of the game with version 1.0.8, the file called "DataPC_SharedGroup_00_patch_02.forge" is no longer present.
I forgot it did that and thought it replaced another file in the in the folder where the exe file is.
Thanks for clarifying.
Can confirm that I tried to use a Backup file for the new 1.0.6 patch but the game crashes on launch.
Happy Holidays! :)

But they fixed this problem with higher fps in the last Update!
But if you use this Mod with 0.5 its almost perfect (atleast 120+FPS)
Brudda lol
