Is it possible for the ship to be given a significant increase in health? Closer to that of a legendary ship? I really like the royal convoy frigate, so it is cool all around. Thanks

  I extracted the folder into the game and when I started the game the ship didn't appear is there a certain sequence I have to get passed or something?

  No,the ship should appear once you at the sea(you are probably in city or some closed are),or you clearly did something wrong

  yeah a lvl 38 bounty hunter frigate with all cannons available is going to be good.
