No problem here! i used to have issues with injecting .data files into .forge files, but it was mostly an issue related to Anviltool unpacking. Some versions just have errors when they unpack and repack the .forge files. Always make sure that the unpacked folder is about the same size of the unpacked .forge file (naturally with a "successful unpacking" in the little window). You might need to try different versions of this tool for that.
Another issue i used to have is related to the "numbering" of the .data files which differ from a game version to another: for example, this mod has "1078_-_SHP_BRG_Jackdaw.data", but your game may have the file "SHP_BRG_with a different numbering, for example "1077_-_SHP_BRG_Jackdaw.data". What you need to do is to look for the file inside your unpacked folder and rename the mod according to your game version numbering before overwriting.
Hello everyone, I don't understand the installing instructions and I don't really know what i'm doing here lol. Can anyone please help and explain what i need to do? Thanks!
