Would it be possible to have the vanilla officer words please ? I didn't make a backup of the file, and unfortunately now when try to I equip them it equips the unique swords instead.
if on steam literally just verify filies and it will fix everything but will also delete any other mods you installed. Update delete the modded ones first then verify with steam and it should work perfectly
Mod does what it says but I was disappointed in one thing; it seems like this is more than just a texture/mesh replacement for the sword, it effectively changes the stats of the sword as well. Comparing the officers rapier in the game compared to the Kenway Family unique sword; the latter is ridiculously slow in comparision and kill animations take way longer (like sometimes a full second or more to complete) making timing of blocks in the middle of combos way more difficult then with the actually rapiers. Meaning that you get the aesthetics of the unique sword but you also sacrifice the best stats to get it.
I wish there was a mod that would allow you to get 5 out of 5 on the kenway swords but it seems that the data/stats is actually build into the animation per sword file. That might mean it is impossible to do.

i just exported the datapc.forge into a folder with the same name and replaced 195/196 italian rapiers how do i repack the whole datapc thing after i replaced the italian swords?
Love it, great mod! It always bothered me that Ubisoft did this to us.
anyways, I wanted to ask if I could use this mod in one of own mod packs and upload it? It would be a really really big help since I'm not that good at modding... I would be crediting you too!
Go to your steam > browse local files on the game > find the two files that you put in there from this mod page > delete them > verify integrity of game files through steam, and it will redownload the originals
Hi there, I do have a problem with the mod. When I got to sequence 9, suddenly my game keeps crashing whenever I try to load the game with the outfit enabled. Have you ever had a problem like that? (I launch the game through Uplay and I used the Dummy method of replacing files)
Now that, is troubleshooting that I never got far enough to test. Is the crash consistent? If it is, It may be worth swapping the files out by deleting the two dummy files and verifying game files through steam.
