I really like the classic assassin white robe look. But the whole game doesn't have any outfits like this. I also still like the look of Ed's leather vest/armor so I decided to make my own version.

The mod will replace the Merchant's outfit by default, but if you want you can easily change the outfit it will replace by simply changing the name of the file to the numbers that correspond with the outfit you wish to replace (for example if you want it to replace the default outfit simply rename the file to 2070285.dds). The mod is the same to download as every other cosmetic on this site but a lot of people don't know how to do it so here's how.
Installation: 1. Download the latest Resorep version here: https://www.undertow.club/downloads/resorep.1254/ (it should say download at the top right of the page, you may need to make an account so just use a throwaway email) And then extract it to the base game folder (mine is this yours may be different: D:\Steam\steamapps\common\Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag).
2. open up the .jar file and it should say at the bottom "add application" click on this and enter in the path to your Black Flag .exe file (mine is D:\Steam\steamapps\common\Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag\AC4BFSP.exe but yours may be slightly different) also make sure to select the AC4BFSP and not AC$BFMP as the SP is for singleplayer and MP is multiplayer.) also make sure to select that it is a 32 bit application otherwise it won't work.
3. Make a folder in your Black Flag base folder titled "Resorep" or "Resorep Mods" or anything like this it doesn't really matter.
4. go to the bottom of the resorep launcher and it should say "Modded textures folder:" click on the three dots and navigate through the folders until you get to the folder you just made.
5. Now you can close the resorep launcher. Finally all you need to do is put the mod you've downloaded into the resorep folder you made, and launch the game. HAVE FUN!!!
