The DLC version is more fancy, and lacks high boots. The naval version is more designed for combat and honestly looks so much better! The naval version is still in the game, but Connor only wears it during the naval mission, just like the standard edition.
The standard edition in nexus already has the naval outfit replacing an existing outfit in an outfit mod pack, so this Remastered version should be doable.

That's really cool but it would be even better if you could somehow use the version from the Abstergo mission where Desmond had a working hidden blade and a knife + silenced pistol that replaces a flintlock pistol.
