Q: Can you change the key binds to X? A: I'm sorry but no, the binds take a long time to set up and are final, unless its a bug. You can try and change it yourself, but its very complex.
Q: How do I change the keybinds? A: I dont recommend changing them, since they are set up in a very specific and complex way, and unless you know what you are doing, you would most likely mess it up. I will not be giving support on how to do this. However if you still want to, right click on the action you want, press on Set/Change hotkey, and change it there.
Q: I use a PS controller (Dualshock/Dualsense), and the mod doesn't work. A: Cheat Engine only recognise Xinput (Xbox) controller, so you would need to use a program to convert your PS controller to Xbox. I recommend DS4Windows
Q: Do I need to launch the mod every time I play if I want to use it? A: Yep
Q: Can you add X feature to the mod? A: Most likely no, this update will likely be my last for a long time until/unless there are something that needs to be fixed/changed/added. However you are welcome to leave a comment asking, who knows.

First up, I thank you for making this mod. Adds some good spice to the parkour system and using the broken stuff in moderation makes it even better. There is a single question I have which I tried to solve myself because I think it's a feature but I can't get it to work.
I want to be able to control after a Manual Vault whether Ezio grabs the ledge or just drops down, no matter the height. I believe that to be the Vault Landing Far / Low options. But no matter what I do I either don't understand the input or I can't activate it properly in Cheat Engine.
Was I on the right track or is it not possible in general?
EDIT: Ok sorry, I was blind. It was already a thing by using True Manual Jump / Forced Freeform during a Vault.
I've been thinking of doing one at some point due to the number of people asking. However I think that the installation instructions are easy enough to follow. However I'm pretty busy lately, and making videos is a bit of a pain to make well. I might make one in the future, but rn i simply dont have time or motivation to do so.
I don't know if it's a bug or intended, but the "Disable ledge stop" hotkeys don't work, like, in this specific version when pressing the left trigger while moving the stick doesn't enable it, i had to manually enable it to make it work, other than that, it's a pretty good mod. Edit: nvm i don't know how to read, it's now with ls instead of ls+l trigger
The update should be releasing sometime next week. It is taking a bit long because I intend to update it with other features aswell as with other classic games aswell including AC1 up to ACRev.
Sorry, I have no plans to do that. The binds set for both controller and KBM are very intertwined, and changing would require me to rework most of not all the binds, especially since MB4/MB5 is used alot, not to mention testing it. That would also mean I would have to create another KBM version across all the classic games, which is simply too much work and too many versions to maintop. In addition to that, KBM has always been an afterthought for me, as I play with a controller and create a controller version, then I create a KBM version similar to that and have someone else playtest with the KBM binds.
You are welcome to try and change it urself, by going into every hotkey and change every instance of MB4/MB5 to something else, which is alot and I doubt you will be able to do so cleanly, so I will not even advise you to do so, but you can try. I'm sorry but I wont be changing the binds for KBM, you gonna need to use a controller or get a mouse with MB4/MB5 for that, which I understand not everyone can do but that is just what you need for this mod with how many features there are.
I've just updated the mod to the latest version with some more features and changes. You can try them out yeah, but again, the KBM binds use MB4/MB5 for many actions, so you may not be able to use many features. Sorry about that but frankly I don't see myself making a version without MB4/MB5, maybe someone else can do it.
Lol, it was an april fools easter egg of Cheat Engine. If you had just google it, or just give it a thought you would see that. Either way, the mod is outdated atm.
can you make the steam version if you have some code ideas to make it work in steam version even it crashes when i tried the parkour and i did the instructions in the description and it works before in steam version but rn its not working can you solve this problem?

still not working i tried cheat engine it still crashes but if i tried it again it causes an error idk why maybe i can't get the parkour mod anymore its just sad
strange.. did u downgrade your game? the method FrytS0n shared worked for me. Perhaps u didn't replace all the files u should check again. Use this ( download_depot 48190 48191 1379866930779190055 ) and then overwrite all the files in your main directory
well i load the save went into the game then i open the AC parkour CE and wait until it change to ACB.exe (CE) and then i tap back to the game but its crash whenever i try to parkour

Then you did not follow the instructions carefully. I recommend just using Reset / Enable mods keybinds (Dpad Up for controller version, R for KBM version), instead of manually enabling
