Installation:
Note: If you do not have these folders make them.
1. Open "Enable Multiplayer Skirmishes.rar" with 7-Zip
2. Copy "difficulty.cfg" to Army Men RTS\base\mods
3. Copy "if_shell_mp_setup.cfg" to Army Men RTS\client\p\shell\mods
4. Open Army Men RTS application
