Hi. I can still see blood cloud when hitting NPCs regardless of the settings. Is it possible to disable these it but leave the blood on the NPC's themselves? I tried to get some help on Steam Workshop page, but no one would answer
Hello Xorberax, I'm a great fan of your work, would you be okay updating the cinematic 3rd person camera mod on Steam wkshop ? A lot of people have been craving to be able to use the interactive menu in 3rd person. They patiently wait and admire your work as I do. Thank you
Good news! Steam Support got back to me and resolved the issues I was having with updating the mod on the Workshop. I will be uploading the next version there when ready (maybe a day or so out).
Feel free to do this if it’s part of a larger modpack just for your unit. I don’t allow redistribution of the mod on its own though but understand that there’s a factor of convenience and coordination that large groups require. I’m still trying to get Steam Support to address this issue, and once resolved I will get BloodLust updated on the workshop and likely close down this Nexus page.
this might be a stupid request but is it okay if i reupload this mod to steam workshop? i love this mod so much and we want to use it on our server. i can upload it as private or public depending on what you want, with all credits to you ofc.
I don’t allow public reuploads of the mod, but if you want to share it with your friends for convenience, doing a private upload is fine with me. I will be uploading to the workshop as soon as Steam Support resolves this issue I’m having.
I don’t use ACE much, as I primarily play singleplayer, but I think the few times I did use it, I didn’t notice any major issues. Probably want to disable vaporization in the BloodLust settings menu though, and disable the blood effects that ACE has.
Just curious, running on my own Lan server for singleplayer stuff and I am not seeing anything other than just blood on characters, wondering if it's a mod conflict or something on my end.
There are plenty of guides online on how to manually install mods for ArmA, but you just need to put the @BloodLust mod folder into your ArmA3 installation directory and add it from the ArmA3 Launcher.
me and a friend have been using this for a bit now but cant seem to get the gibs to work. we either vaporize them or they stay intact, looked through the settings and confirmed that gibs were turned on but still nothing. anything im missing?
