Post Office Increased Range
Simply does what the title says: increases the range of the post office and post box by three times (customizable by editing the .xml file).
Install
Simply extract it in your Mods folder located where your game is. Make sure to choose only one of the two folders, based on whether you use or not Hackner's Enbesa Mail Integration.
Choose the first folder if you don't use Hackner's mod.
Choose the second folder if you use Hackner's mod.
