If someone pays attention to details, he has certainly noticed how the developers screwed up the work on the stone street for Enbesa. It looks like it was done in a hurry, by different people and not precisely.
As far as I could, I renovated what I could without having the original stone textures:
Also includes fix for "Enbesa Streets for Old and New World (Lion053)" mod.
If you want to get rid of the flicker effect completely, change <PARALLAX_MAPPING_ENABLED>1</PARALLAX_MAPPING_ENABLED> to 0 in the .cfg file (but the street will be more "flat") or change the value of <cParallaxScale>0.5000</cParallaxScale> as you like.
(default vanilla is 1.542000).
As far as I could, I renovated what I could without having the original stone textures:
- patched holes (no translucent cobblestones from OW)
- supplementing corners where they were missing
- added sand color in desert street junctions (some were grey)
- added sand effects on junctions with desert streets (where missing)
- unified colors of street tiles (as much as possible)
- reduced flicker effect
- improved texture quality
