   Sadly the buff does not seem to apply in my game. :/
   
   The tower works, it produces, but even at 100% production speed the buff just does not get applied to other buildings.

      maybe this mod conflict with your other mod ， I have not meet such a situation before

      Possible, I have a bunch of mods running. Unfortunate. A few spice it up mods, Jakobs collection. Town hall monument etc.
