Its an .7z file. Just like zip but in better. I didnt know that you need 7-zip to open it. I uploaded a new .zip file. You should be able to open it. This mod is installed like every other mod. You create a folder called "mods" into your main anno folder and drag every mod you want to into that folder but unziped.
Actually, I guess I do not need it zipped to open it. I reported it to you because all mods I download usually come zipped, but I just realized yours is too light, so it would not be necessary. I am just not familiar with this format, so maybe that is why I got confused. Thanks.
