Doens't work for me unfortunately. I dont find any silver mines in the arctic or the new world. They just dont appear anywhere. Without Silver, I am stuck.

this mod only change the name and icon of the iron mines,so no matter what happened to the iron mines before the mod was activated, the same situation happened to the silver mines after the mod activated too
Well, so I did a test: every time that I reload the game, the deposit reverts, even though the mine building stays the same.
To describe it in detail:
(before mod active) island has one iron deposit (activate your mod) iron deposit becomes silver deposit change the silver mine slot to gold deposit through the "change mine slot"-mod and build a gold mine
reload the game: silver deposit with a gold mine build on it
(this also happens when changing into a bauxite deposit or change another deposit into silver deposit)
your situation: 1,activate my mod 2,change the 【silver deposit】 to 【gold deposit】 through the "change mine slot"-mod 3,build a 【gold mine】 and reload the game 4,final result:【silver deposit】 with a 【gold mine】 build on it

Hello mate nice mod Actually i've notice something wierd. It replace ALL mines of the artic (zinc,copper,iron) not only the gold mines ! Not that it bothers me i have enought of these resourses but i wanted to inform you
Is there a way to get this without editing vanilla assets? Like the mines/specialists?
I adore the idea, having a new item that is exclusively used as trade item for docklands is awesome. And to use the some of the silver assets from the scenario is very neat as well.
Going to try this. Currency over 100 million is otherwise utterly useless. You can research anything you want for free. You can buy any item for hardly anything. Finally a use! lol
Looking good so far after getting into the New World and mining silver and gold. No problems. I see someone mentioned mines reverting, but mine have not. They're still silver and gold.
Mod looks really nice, but does the mod replace the iron/gold mines permanently or does it only offer the option to change it via scholars? the mod description wasn't very clear on that. And if it isn't, would you consider allowing for the currency system to not swap the mines and leave the option to the player?

i have updated a new version including russian text support
But is it save game compatible? Otherwise, i will need a new save

you can change silver mines into any mines you want in New World,and change any mines into silver mines too if you use that mod both
but just like you said, when you reload the game ,all your silver mines change will be reset ,just like other mines
and if you delete this mod someday ,all your silver mines change back into iron mines

the two new items have the same items pools as bruno ,how you find bruno , find the two items same way
it is so strange ,because i have not see any reverting in my game。

this mod depend on the silver product chain ,is is a basic foundation ,so i must ensure that there are some default silver mines exist.
